No scripts. No pressure to fit in.

 

Our group helps children develop skills and confidence with:​

• Mindfulness practices

• Social connection activities

• Fun outdoor exposures for mastery and growth

 

Program Details:​​

• 6 consecutive weeks

• Dates: October 13 to November 17th 2026, Tuesdays 5-6pm

• $450 for all six sessions

 

Led by: Tala Decaix, MA, LPC, RPT™ and Megan Adams, Intern in Counseling

 

Location: South Austin (Circle C Park)
